Privacy Policy

This policy applies to https://jugnussalon.beauty and to appointments requested for Jugnu's Salon, P-54/A2, Kohinoor City Commercial, Faisalabad. Last updated 1 September 2026.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form we receive the details you enter: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if provided, preferred service, branch, date, time and any message. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, we receive whatever you choose to send, including photographs of hair, skin or outfit references.

Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to you, confirm appointments, prepare for your service and, where you have asked us to, follow up about bridal or beauty plans. We do not sell your information. We do not add fake analytics identities to your visit.

Where it is stored

Appointment requests submitted through this website may be stored as a record on our hosting so the desk can see them, and may be copied into WhatsApp or phone notes used by the salon team. Access is limited to staff who need it to serve you.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself does not require an account cookie. If we later add a privacy-respecting analytics tool, we will update this page. Third-party embeds such as Google Maps may set their own cookies according to Google’s policies.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete appointment notes that relate to you by emailing info@jugnus.com.pk or writing to us at the salon address. We may retain limited records where Pakistani law or a dispute requires it.

Children

This website is intended for adults booking beauty services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the booking form.
